Baysically Coasting currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- International addresses

- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships

- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped

- Packages returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus shipping costs
- Re-shipping to a corrected address will require new shipping charges

- Splitting an order into multiple shipments will not incur additional charges

- Standard deliveries typically do not require signatures
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery

3. Provide order number and photos of any damage

- After failed delivery attempts, packages may be held at local carrier facilities
- Customers are responsible for picking up held packages or arranging redelivery
